Compliance
Compliance is not just a legal requirement; it is a fundamental part of our ethos and the foundation of how we do business.
We know that our clients place enormous trust in us, and we will never compromise when it comes to meeting the highest standards of integrity, security, and accountability.
By taking compliance extremely seriously at every level, we provide corporate clients with the reassurance that our recruitment activity is carried out with diligence, transparency, and complete professionalism.
REC Membership
As a corporate member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC), we demonstrate our commitment to compliance and integrity.
REC membership is recognised as the professional benchmark for recruitment companies, demonstrating a commitment to compliance, quality, and ethical standards.
Membership requires us to uphold the highest professional values, and we are subject to regular testing and potential audits to ensure our practices remain beyond reproach.
GLAA Registration
We are fully registered with the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA), a government body that rigorously enforces fair labour practices and compliance. GLAA membership means we adhere to strict licensing standards and are subject to audits, giving our clients confidence that workers are always recruited and employed ethically and legally.
ICO Registration & Data Security
Protecting personal and business data is essential. As corporate members of the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), we comply with all GDPR requirements and ensure that data handling is safe, transparent, and lawful. In addition, our independent Cyber Essentials accreditation demonstrates that we have invested in robust IT security systems and infrastructure to guard against cyber threats and protect sensitive information.
EAS Inspectorate Oversight
We are proud to operate under the oversight of the Employment Agency Standards (EAS) Inspectorate, the UK government regulator for private recruitment agencies. Their role provides independent assurance that we remain fully compliant with the Employment Agencies Act and all associated regulations. This gives our clients confidence in our accountability, transparency, and the integrity of our recruitment practices.
Modern Slavery
We are fully committed to upholding the highest ethical standards and complying with the UK Modern Slavery Act.
We take proactive steps to ensure that forced labour, exploitation, and human trafficking have no place in our business or supply chains.
As a recruitment partner, we recognise our responsibility to protect people at every stage of the employment process and are dedicated to promoting transparency, fairness, and respect in everything we do.
Human Rights
We uphold and commit to all aspects of human rights.
