Sharon Chapman — Director
With more than 18 years of recruitment experience, Sharon has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering outstanding results.
Before co-founding New Resource Recruitment, she held operational management and business development roles with a major distribution and logistics company, giving her first-hand insight into the day-to-day operational challenges businesses face.
Sharon leads with energy and a strong client-first approach, ensuring our teams consistently deliver with quality, care, and commitment.
Ian Constant — Director
Ian brings over 25 years of recruitment and executive search expertise, and previously worked within international technology companies in senior management positions.
His depth of knowledge in both leadership recruitment and technical markets, enables him to advise with experience and insight.
As co-founder, Ian focuses on strategy, operations, partnerships and innovations, ensuring that New Resource Recruitment continues to deliver solutions that align with evolving business demands.
Samantha Field — Commercial Divisional Manager
With over 18 years of recruitment experience, Samantha leads our Commercial Division with professionalism and passion.
Having previously worked with another well-regarded agency, she brings both breadth and depth of experience in administration, HR, finance, sales, customer service and management recruitment, across the UK.
Samantha is dedicated to matching the right people with the right opportunities, building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
Gary Burke — Industrial Divisional Manager
Gary has spent more than 17 years in recruitment, working with some of the UK’s major national recruitment companies before joining New Resource Recruitment.
His expertise in industrial, manufacturing, driving, construction, logistics and warehouse recruitment allows him to support businesses with both high-volume and specialist staffing needs.
Gary leads a team that is known for being agile, responsive, and effective; qualities that are essential in fast-paced operational environments.
Jon Holmes — Engineering & Technology Divisional Manager
Jon brings over 17 years of recruitment experience, specialising in engineering, technical, and emerging technology markets.
Having worked with recruitment firms focused on technical industries, he has deep knowledge of sectors such as design, engineering, hardware, software, electronics, and Information Technology.
Jon’s leadership ensures that our Engineering & Technology Division delivers accurate, effective, and forward-looking recruitment solutions for some of the UK’s most innovative companies.
